These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods from Yugen.no by private customers in Norway.
2. The agreement
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, the information provided when placing an order, and any specific agreements between you and us.
The purchase is governed by Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchase Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act. The terms do not limit your rights under mandatory legislation.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. Taxes applicable to the purchase are included in the stated price. Shipping and any other costs are shown before you complete the order.
Available payment methods and payment terms are shown at checkout. For invoice or installment payments, the payment provider's terms also apply, within the limits of the law.
When paying by card, the amount may be reserved when the order is placed. The charge is made upon dispatch. If a product has a different payment arrangement, this must be clearly stated before purchase.
4. Ordering and order confirmation
The order is binding on both parties once you have sent it to us. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Check that the products, quantities, contact information, and delivery address are correct. Contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be corrected.
In the case of obvious typos or pricing errors, general contract law applies. We will not change the price of an agreement once it has been entered into without your consent.
5. Delivery
We deliver to Norway and Scandinavia.
The expected delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 days, unless a different delivery time is stated at the time of purchase. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.
If no delivery time has been agreed, the goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a person you have appointed who is not the carrier, has received the goods.
In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. You retain your rights under the Consumer Purchase Act, including the right to demand delivery, rescind the purchase once the conditions are met, and claim compensation where the law provides grounds for it.
6. Pre-orders
Products sold as pre-orders are clearly marked. The stated expected delivery time is based on the information available when the order is placed.
If the delivery time changes, we will notify you. A pre-order does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights in the event of a delay.
7. Blind boxes, trading cards, and random variants
Some products are sold with random contents, including blind boxes and sealed trading card products.
Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, we cannot guarantee specific figures, cards, variants, rare items, or a complete collection. Multiple purchased units may contain duplicates.
A display only guarantees a specific composition if this is expressly stated in the product description.
The fact that the contents are random does not limit your statutory rights in the event of errors or defects.
8. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period is calculated from the day after you, or a person you have appointed, received the goods. For a combined order of several goods delivered separately, the period normally starts from the receipt of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must give us clear notice within the period. The notice should be sent to Kundeservice@yugen.no. You may use the withdrawal form that accompanies the order confirmation, but this is not a requirement.
You must return the goods no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.
You pay the direct return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal. Pack the goods securely and keep documentation of the return.
We will refund the amount no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold payment until we have received the goods or you have documented that they have been sent back.
When returning the entire order, the standard shipping cost for the cheapest standard delivery we offered will also be refunded. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
You may inspect the goods to determine their nature, characteristics, and function. If the handling exceeds what is necessary, we may claim compensation for documented reduction in value when the conditions of the law are met.
Opening trading card packs or blind boxes may result in a significant reduction in value. However, broken seals do not in themselves automatically mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal are stated before purchase. If the legally required information about the right of withdrawal is missing, the withdrawal period may be extended under the Right of Withdrawal Act.
9. Complaints
If the goods have an error or defect, you can file a complaint by contacting Kundeservice@yugen.no. Please provide the order number, describe the error, and attach photos if relevant.
You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering or should have discovered the defect. A period of two months from the time you discovered the defect is always sufficient.
The complaint period is normally two years from delivery, or five years if the goods are intended to last significantly longer than two years under normal use.
In the event of a defect, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, rescission, and compensation under the Consumer Purchase Act. We cover the necessary costs for a justified complaint.
The right of withdrawal and complaints are different rights. You can file a complaint about a defective product even if it has been opened or the withdrawal period has expired.
10. Transport damage
Contact us if the goods are damaged during transport. Photos of the goods and packaging may make it easier to process the case.
You do not lose your statutory rights because the damage was not reported to the carrier upon delivery.
11. Cancellation and uncollected packages
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel before delivery. Cancellations are handled according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Any claims for compensation must have a legal basis.
Failure to collect a package is not considered a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal on its own. Therefore, please let us know if you wish to withdraw.
For uncollected packages, we can only claim costs or compensation to the extent that the law and the agreement provide grounds for it.
12. Personal data
We process personal data to fulfill orders, deliver goods, and follow up with customers in accordance with applicable privacy rules.

13. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first if you are dissatisfied with the purchase, so that we can try to find a solution.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can refer the case to the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. The case can then, once the conditions are met, be handled by the Norwegian Consumer Complaints Board.

14. Changes to the terms and conditions
We may update the terms and conditions for future purchases. For your order, the terms and conditions stated at the time the purchase was entered into apply.
