Pokémon Battle Partners Booster Box SV9

Pokémon Battle Partners Booster Box SV9

Discover Pokémon Battle Partners, known in Japanese as バトルパートナーズ, the ninth Japanese expansion in the Scarlet & Violet series. The set focuses on the partnership between Trainers and their Pokémon and marks the return of Trainer’s Pokémon, a game mechanic originally introduced in Gym Heroes.

This factory-sealed booster box contains 30 booster packs of Japanese Pokémon cards.

Famous Trainers and Their Partners

The booster pack features four famous Trainers with their Pokémon:

• N and Zoroark.
• Lillie and Clefairy.
• Hop and Zacian.
• Iono and Bellibolt.

The Trainer’s Pokémon cards highlight the bond between each Trainer and their Pokémon, giving both players and collectors the chance to experience familiar characters once again.

The Reveal of Battle Partners

The first glimpses of the cards were shown on August 18, 2024, during the closing ceremony of the Pokémon World Championships 2024.

The set was then officially presented during the news broadcast on the first day of the Osaka Champions League 2025, which was held on December 21 and 22, 2024.

Battle Partners was released in Japan on January 24, 2025, followed by a Traditional Chinese edition on February 7, 2025 and a Korean edition on March 21, 2025.

The corresponding Thai and Indonesian expansion is called Bonds of Destiny and was released on April 11 and April 18, 2025, respectively.
