Pokémon MEGA Dream ex Booster Box M2a

Pokémon MEGA Dream ex Booster Box M2a

Discover Pokémon MEGA Dream ex, known in Japanese as ハイクラスパック MEGAドリームex, the first Japanese sub-expansion in the MEGA series. This High Class set combines new releases of popular cards with new Mega Evolution Pokémon ex and characters from Pokémon Legends: Z‑A.

This factory-sealed booster box contains 10 booster packs with 10 cards each, for a total of 100 Japanese Pokémon cards. Each pack contains at least one guaranteed Pokémon ex or Mega Evolution Pokémon ex card.

Popular Favorites and New Mega Evolution Pokémon

MEGA Dream ex is a year-end collection featuring new releases of selected Pokémon and Trainer cards from 2024 and 2025. Here you will find Pokémon ex, Tera Pokémon ex, and Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, among others.

The set also introduces several Pokémon and characters from Pokémon Legends: Z‑A, including Mega Dragonite ex, Mega Eelektross ex, and Canari as a Supporter card.

New Mirror Holofoil Patterns

MEGA Dream ex introduces a new Mirror Holofoil pattern featuring Energy symbols, along with several patterns inspired by different Poké Balls:

• Trainer’s Pokémon and Mythical Pokémon: May feature a standard Poké Ball pattern.
• Most other Pokémon: May feature a pattern with a Friend Ball, Love Ball, Dusk Ball, or Quick Ball.
• Team Rocket’s Pokémon: Feature the Team Rocket logo instead of a Poké Ball on their Mirror Holofoil variants, but may also feature a pattern with Energy symbols.

Specific pattern variants or Pokémon are not guaranteed in the box.

New Rarity: Mega Attack Rare

The set introduces MA, Mega Attack Rare, a new rarity featuring Mega Evolution Pokémon ex in Full Art and pop art styles. The card’s featured attack is written in large text in the foreground.

On the Japanese cards, the attack text in the illustration is in English, while the English editions feature Japanese attack text. The style is reminiscent of Mega Evolution Pokémon-EX cards from the XY series.

MEGA Dream ex and Ascended Heroes

Cards from MEGA Dream ex are also included in the English expansion Ascended Heroes.

The product on this page is the Japanese MEGA Dream ex box, not the English Ascended Heroes edition.

Release and International Editions

MEGA Dream ex was released in Japan on November 28, 2025, followed by editions in Traditional Chinese on December 5, 2025, Thai on January 16, 2026, Korean on January 23, 2026, and Indonesian on January 30, 2026.

In Thailand and Indonesia, MEGA Dream ex is considered the third main expansion, with set number MA3, rather than a sub-expansion.
